I lead the development teams of a software division: consulting for team leads on architecture and delivery decisions, timelines across parallel projects, and direct client discussions — from scoping and negotiation to presenting the solution.
I coordinate software delivery across multiple teams at once: aligning stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and defending the solution in front of the beneficiary through acceptance. Deadlines met, no surprises.
I build end-to-end solutions — web, backend and mobile. Modular, documented code, designed for institutional environments, with a focus on security and interoperability.
